After School and Summer Programs
While at My Childcare Academy, your child will be supervised by loving, engaging staff who will fill their days with a variety of activities. We provide a safe, home-like atmosphere where your child can do their homework, make new friends, and develop new skills. Our after school and summer programs are available to school-aged children (ages five to 12).
Our Programs
After School Program
My Childcare Academy is a great place for your child to go to after school. Here, they’ll participate in fun activities as well as have time to do their homework, studying and reading. Our attentive staff will also assist them with any tutoring needs.
When: Monday-Friday after school until 6 p.m.
Transportation: We provide transportation to and from many local South Jordan, West Jordan and Herriman schools. Please call to verify availability for transportation to your child’s school.
Summer Program
Our summer program is full of fun, interactive activities that will help keep your children active, learning, and entertained. We also go on weekly field trips! Your child won’t be sitting around glued to a TV screen—they’ll be doing fun and meaningful activities!
When: Monday-Friday 6:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m

Extra-Curricular Activities
At My Childcare Academy, we encourage children to be well-rounded. At our daycare facility, we provide opportunities for them to participate in various activities, including music, sports, and more.
Outdoor Fun
We know how important it is for children to be physically active. At our daycare, we provide an environment where your child can get fresh air, be active and enjoy healthy, outdoor fun!
STEAM Activities
Children will regularly participate in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics) activities to keep a well rounded curriculum that will stimulate young minds and help them to develop special interests.
Eating Nutritious Meals
We pride ourselves on providing high-quality meal plans for your children. Most snacks and meals are made from scratch and organic products. We have an eight-week menu that does not repeat—everything is made with love and care!
